Hi I had quit porn addiction that last 10 years with me after meeting my girlfriend 1 year ago but depression is not going and tried to use antidepressant but not regularly now i'm planning to take serta 50 mg for the next 6 months is it good decision?

It is not be taken over the counter on your own, in fact ideally after consulting a psychiatrist and getting your depression and mse done. Sertraline is a very good antidepressant but can cause certain unpleasant side effects too. So consult a psychiatrist and then get treated. Good luck.
